About This Role
* Lead and enhance the company's QHSE Management System
* Promote a strong, proactive safety culture across all work fronts
* Conduct and oversee ISO-aligned audits
* Lead incident investigation, learning capture and corrective action close-out
* Conduct operational and equipment risk assessments (including offshore execution risks)
* Support emergency response planning and readiness activities
* Provide QHSE leadership into project planning and contractor coordination
* Conduct worksite inspections and operational readiness verifications
* Act as the QHSE interface between the well services company and the global operator
Requirements
* Demonstrated QHSE leadership experience in offshore oil & gas environments
* Background in well services, completions, drilling, or installation campaigns is highly regarded
* Strong understanding of regulatory and management system compliance frameworks
* Confident engaging and influencing at both frontline and senior leadership levels
* Strong communication, coaching and relationship-building capability
* Self-driven, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
