The role
We're looking for an
Industrial Refrigeration Accounts Manager
to be the key link between our clients and our internal team. This role is focused on
client relationships, KPI management, high-quality reporting
, and
annual planning
for multimillion-dollar refrigeration assets and sites.
This is a
full-time hybrid position
:
* 50% work from home
(laptop provided)
* 50% based at our office in Edinburgh Park, SA
* Business hours:
07:00 – 15:00
Key responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with key industrial refrigeration clients
* Own and deliver
monthly/quarterly KPI reporting
(service performance, response times, preventative maintenance completion, defects, compliance items, asset condition, etc.)
* Build and maintain clear, professional
reports and client presentations
(written + data-driven)
* Coordinate with technicians, supervisors and management to plan and deliver site works
* Support
annual planning
: maintenance programs, lifecycle planning, shutdown planning, improvement roadmaps and budgeting support
* Track and report on
multimillion-dollar assets
: asset registers, risk items, compliance actions, critical spares and recommended upgrades
* Identify improvement opportunities (reliability, energy efficiency, system performance, safety outcomes) and help scope works with the team
* Handle day-to-day client requests professionally, ensuring expectations are set and met
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards across jobs, service calls and planned works
* Support quoting/variations and approvals where required (in collaboration with the team)
What we're looking for
A university degree is
not necessary
for this role. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, analyse information, and represent REM Services professionally with clients.
You will be a great fit if you have:
* Strong
report writing
skills (clear, structured, professional)
* Confidence with
analysis and presenting data
(KPIs, trends, performance summaries)
* Great
customer service
and stakeholder management (calm, organised, solutions-focused)
* Strong admin and organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Competency with tools like
Excel
(and ideally dashboards/reporting tools)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up actions, and keep plans moving
* A current driver's licence and ability to attend client sites when required
Nice to have (but not essential):
* Experience in industrial services (refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, facilities, maintenance planning)
* Understanding of service delivery, maintenance programs, and compliance environments
* Familiarity with CMMS/job management software and KPI reporting
