About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to focus on the clinical quality of Onsites services and provide support nationally to the consultants in line with the company's vision. Responsibilities include:
* Working effectively within the clinical leadership team to accomplish organisational and personal goals, taking action that respects the needs and contributions of others
* Overseeing and lead a team of Onsite clinicians
* Conducting administrative tasks critically associated with managing the client caseload
* Conducting interviews and inductions
* Monitoring and connecting with Consultants and Associates where relevant to ensure engagement and quality assurance
* Assisting with clinical escalations from Client Services and individual consultants
* Complaint management
* A billable component in area of expertise and according to business requirements
* Supporting high performance through leadership principles of self-efficacy, accountability, care and compassion
About you
You will be a registered Psychologist, Social Worker or Counsellor and have at least seven years' experience within the EAP/organisational wellbeing industry. Along with this, you will possess the following experience and competencies:
* We prefer you to have people management experience, with the ability to provide professional guidance to others in both technical and coach/mentoring settings
* Ability to build exemplary internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in problem solving and counselling
* Proven ability to supervise, coach, influence and mentor others
* Experience in providing supervision, support and guidance to consultants
* Ability to build exemplary internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Ability to view issues and problems from the perspectives of the business and the customer
* Ability to view issues and problems from the perspectives of the business and the customer
* Availability to travel as required
