Randstad are currently working with an exciting public sector client to find a SAP Technical Business Analyst to work on a Data migration Project. This is an initial 15 month contract based in Brisbane city with WFH flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with business stakeholders across various departments to elicit, document, and prioritize functional and technical data quality requirements for S/4 migration.
* Act as the main point of contact between the data owners and the technical/data teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on data cleansing needs.
* Collaborate with data owners to define the scope of data cleansing activities, ensuring data meets quality standards before migration into SAP systems.
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of data quality dashboards and reports to track the progress of data cleansing efforts.
* Monitor and report on data cleansing KPIs, highlighting areas that need further attention or improvement.
* Coordinate with the testing team to ensure that the cleansed data is accurately loaded into SAP systems and validated against business requirements.
* Provide regular updates to business stakeholders and the project team on data quality status and any issues that need resolution.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
* Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on data management and data cleansing.
* Strong knowledge of SAP systems (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FICO, SAP MM, etc.), with experience in data migration or integration projects.
* Experience working with business data owners to identify and resolve data quality issues.
* Familiarity with data cleansing tools such as InfoSteward and techniques, including data validation, transformation, and reconciliation.
* Experience with Agile project methodologies.
* Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
* Proficient in creating data reports, dashboards, and metrics to track progress and outcomes of data cleansing activities.
