About the role
We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our team as part of a new North End Bakehouse venture in Shepparton, VIC. (2 positions available) These casual positions will involve assisting customers, operating the till, stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and welcoming retail environment.
~5 shifts per fortnight
~9:30am til 2:30pm
Position 1 ~Week1 -Mon, Wed, Fri, Week2 -Tues, Thurs
Position 2 ~Week1 -Tues, Thurs, Week2 -Mon, Wed, Fri
What you'll be doing
* Providing excellent customer service and assistance to all customers
* Operating the cash register and handling cash and card transactions accurately
* Restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are neat and appealing
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the retail space
* Supporting the team in other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of the store
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry, with coffee making skills a bonus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, fun, approachable manner
•Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
* A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
* Australian work rights are required for this position
* Availability to work weekdays only as per the scheduled roster
