We are currently seeking a driven and motivated leader to join our state-of-the-art facility and team as the Joinery Factory Foreman.
Based at our Gold Coast, Yatala manufacturing facility we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Individual. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will need to be highly motivated, passionate about safe work practices, and take pride in your workmanship.
Key responsibilities will involve:
- Team Support: Assist in training and upskilling team members. Provide direction and leadership.
- Quality: Develop and maintain a high level of quality in joinery processing and waste reduction. Planned and breakdown maintenance management
- Despatch: Ensure product in complete in full, ready for installation team.
- Experience in manufacturing & leadership essential
- Attention to detail and accuracy - committed to work quality
- Knowledge of joinery installation and equipment such as CNC, edge banders & Beam saws advantageous.
