For HV Electrician and Electrical Maintenance Technician to deliver reliable high-voltage electrical operations for a large-scale solar farm. A permanent full-time role within an inclusive and innovative renewable energy environment. The working hours are approximately 35 to 38 hours per week, with shifts starting at 7:00 AM and finishing at 3:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Executing a large-scale PV panel replacement program during the initial months.
- Transitioning to ongoing solar farm operations and maintenance activities.
- Carrying out electrical and communications preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Supervising and coordinating contractors on site.
- Using CMMS systems to manage and close work orders, maintaining precise asset records.
- Conducting regular plant inspections, maintenance cleaning, and ensuring environmental compliance.
- Performing hazard identification, reporting, and participating in incident investigations.
- Participating in an on-call roster including after-hours call-outs.
This role offers a unique opportunity for HV Electricians experienced in utility-scale solar environments to contribute directly to Victoria's flagship solar energy projects. You will need
