Your new company

Our client is a national leader in sign, digital, and display solutions, supplying premium products to the print, signage, and visual communications industry. With a footprint across Australia and backed by a large and reputable parent group, they offer customers high quality materials, technical support, and access to leading global brands.

This role focusses on consumables and materials, digital vinyl, colour films, media, inks, substrates, and general print consumables. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected brand with a loyal customer base and strong growth momentum.

Your new role

* Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of customers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
* Increase revenue and profitability through consultative selling, account management, and re‑engagement of dormant clients.
* Develop strategic territory plans aligned with growth targets and customer needs.
* Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities across consumables and materials.
* Prepare accurate proposals and pricing to support commercial decisions.
* Provide product advice across digital vinyl, colour materials, inks, substrates, and related consumables.
* Work closely with internal teams including Customer Service, Technical, Marketing, and Supply Chain to meet customer expectations.
* Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer behaviour; provide insights and recommendations.
* Participate in trade shows, industry events, supplier activities, and promotional initiatives.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity reports, and forecasting.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience in print, signage, digital vinyl, inks, media or related consumables (highly desirable).
* Proven success managing sales territories and driving revenue growth.
* Strong relationship building skills with a consultative, customer first approach.
* Ability to learn product applications quickly and explain them confidently.
* Energetic, proactive, inquisitive, and resilient communicator.
