Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of court registries;
* Offer frontline services to court users daily, responding to their needs with compassion and trauma-awareness.
* Maintain security, care, and control of jurors and other stakeholders in court;
* Perform tasks such as unlocking courtrooms, administering oaths, and testing technology.
* Recognize and escalate risks presented by Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence (DFSV) incidents, following established procedures.
* Adhere to policies, procedures, and legislation to ensure timeliness and accuracy in court operations;
* Prepare and process complex documents, including correspondence and court records, while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
* Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including judiciary members, government agencies, and self-represented litigants;
* Update and monitor databases, digital tools, and files, ensuring data integrity and accuracy;
* Communicate information about court services, rules, and procedures to members of the public and internal stakeholders;
* Take ownership of developing skills, staying up-to-date on current practices, and seeking feedback to enhance performance.
