* Setting up: Arrange and set tables with cutlery, glassware, and other settings.
* Customer service: Greet customers, present menus and beverage lists, and show them to their tables.
* Order taking: Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
* Serving: Serve food and beverages, and open bottles and pour drinks for customers.
* Clearing and cleaning: Clear tables of used dishes, cutlery, and glasses, and prepare them for new guests.
* Payments: Operate point-of-sale machines, collect payments, and handle cash registers.
