**Your day to day**
We're looking for a** **part time or full time Reservations Agent** **to connect with our guests in this critical first touch points of the guest experience. This role will:
- record and process all reservation inquiries in an effort to convert to sales to meet hotel targets.
- work closely with other Hotel departments and stakeholders such as IHG Voice, Sales & Marketing and Front Office to ensure a positive delivery of guest experience for both individual and group guests, and to deliver results that positively impact Hotel performance.
This role will be covering regular business hours, Monday to Friday
