About The Role
This role is part of the St Vincent's Lismore Housekeeping team and reports directly to our Hospitality Services Manager.
In this role, you will need strong leadership, cleaning experience, and a focus on health and safety. Key responsibilities include housekeeping, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment. You should also be able to create rosters, manage and mentor staff, and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Position Details
We have one permanent full-time position available, based at our St Vincent's Lismore campus. Interviews will be conducted after the advertising closing date.

Your Skills & Experience
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment, including infection control standards.
* Ability to assign tasks, establish standards, train staff, and manage performance.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, and other departments.
* Skills in rostering, inventory management, and record-keeping.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a challenging environment.
* Flexibility to work all shifts on a rotating roster.
