About the Role:
* Hotel Operations Oversight: As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all hotel operations during nighttime hours. This includes ensuring the safety and security of guests and colleagues.
* Night Audit Functions: You will also be in charge of completing night audit functions, including handling transactions and maintaining cashiers float.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration, with at least four years of experience in guest service and two years in management capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all hotel operations overnight.
* Train colleagues in quality and service standards.
* Ensure guests receive prompt, professional service.
* SUPPORT front office staff to provide guests with prompt service and personal recognition.
You'll also ensure all credit and financial transactions are handled securely, maintain cashiers float, and prepare daily financial reports.
This role requires fluency in English.
