About the opportunity
Mercy Hospitals Victoria Learning Team is seeking a motivated and experienced midwife to join the Learning Team. The Learning Team is committed to providing quality education by promoting excellence in professional practice through empowering Nurses and Midwives in the public health sector. The Clinical Midwifery Educator will work collaboratively with the Learning Manager and Program lead and clinical support, to support clinical education and training programs.
* Current registration as a Midwife/ Nurse with AHPRA
* Relevant post registration qualifications and experience
* Knowledge of contemporary midwifery issues
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* You demonstrate innovative approaches to problem solving
* Recent clinical experience across the peri partum period

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
● A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
●Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
