As a key member of our Business Development team, you will generate and close new business in the Logistics and Services portfolio.
Your Role
* Identify ideal target customers using data, insight, and intuition.
* Position us as the logistics partner that delivers clarity, reliability, and innovation.
* Win new-logo business by acquiring high-potential prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prioritize with Insight: Segment and prioritize target accounts with the highest potential value and strategic fit.
2. Lead with Empathy and Purpose: Build relationships through genuine understanding, active listening, and client-first engagement.
3. Sell Solutions, Not Products: Understand each prospect's supply chain challenges and design integrated logistics solutions.
4. Collaborate to Win: Work closely with solution engineering, operations, product, pricing, and legal to craft compelling proposals.
5. Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales lifecycle from first contact to contract signature.
