What you'll be doing
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of developers, SharePoint engineers, and AI specialists
* Creating clarity around priorities, expectations, and what \"good delivery\" actually looks like
* Running regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career planning (yes, the meaningful kind)
* Partnering with Project Managers, Consultants, and the PMO to keep delivery on track
* Translating high-level requirements into clear, actionable work for your team
* Managing capacity, resourcing, and priorities across multiple workstreams
* Identifying risks early and removing blockers before they become \"urgent\"
* Ensuring consistent delivery standards, documentation, and quality across outputs
* Supporting the translation of requirements into actionable work, without needing to do the work yourself
* Driving practical AI outcomes that integrate into real-world service delivery
Requirements What you\'ll bring
* 5+ years\' experience leading technical teams in a delivery-focused environment
* Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams (dev, platform, or similar)
* Strong operational and delivery management capability
* Experience working alongside PMs, consultants, and structured PMO environments
* Excellent communication skills, you can translate between tech, business, and humans
* A calm, pragmatic approach to problem solving (no drama, just solutions)
Nice to have
* MSP or services-based environment experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint ecosystems
* Exposure to AI, automation, or workflow platforms
* Understanding of modern development and delivery practices (without needing to be hands-on)
