Role
Join our team as a Crane Supervisor for our Maintenance and Shutdown division across various sites across the Pilbara on a 4x2 Roster FIFO from any Capital City in Australia including Perth. As a Crane Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of lifting operations. The primary role of the Supervisor will be to oversee and prepare for the lifting of heavy items in accordance with local regulations and in a safe and efficient manner. Mammoet is seeking an experienced Supervisor to service multiple clients and sites, who is willing to take ownership of their team. You will ultimately be accountable for ensuring a high standard of delivery and safety to our Clients and employees.
What you'll be doing
* Execute and oversee mobilizing and demobilizing of equipment and personnel
* Lead a team with a range of different roles and skills
* Provide direction and expert knowledge
* Supervision of the job progress
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively
What you'll need
* 2 years Supervising experience in crane and rigging operations within a mining industry
* Current and valid Australian Driver\'s License
* Schedule 26
* Experience as an Open Crane Operator
