Job Title: English as an Additional Language/Dialect Teacher
Job Description
We are seeking a suitably qualified English as an Additional Language/Dialect teacher to deliver EAL/D programs in the IEC and General and Foundation EAL/D courses to mainstream Year 11 and 12 students. The successful applicant will join an enthusiastic team that is engaged in delivering rich and challenging educational programs to a diverse student cohort.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality EAL/D programs in the IEC and General and Foundation EAL/D courses to mainstream Year 11 and 12 students;
* Develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies to engage and support students; and
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must hold:
* An eligible teacher qualification and registration;
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment; and
* Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start.
