About The Role

The Social Work Concierge plays a pivotal role as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing vital support with accessing external social and community services, establishing connections with local transport agencies, and ensuring equitable access to services via virtual platforms.

* Tertiary qualification in Social Work with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* Exceptional ability to prioritise and organise own work/caseload, including effective utilisation of virtual care to meet service demands.
* Outstanding written, verbal, interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with high levels of problem solving and service evaluation skills.
