Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Assistants and Pool Technicians. Retail sales experience is a bonus, but not required. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and provide exceptional service
* Offer product advice and solutions
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Process orders, payments, and refunds
* Maintain store appearance and stock management
* Assist with water testing and in-store promotions
* Collaborate with team members to meet objectives
Requirements:
* Team player with effective time management skills
* Strong customer service passion
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude
* Proficient computer skills
* Availability for weekends and public holidays
Positions Available: Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time
Note: Applicants must reside in Australia and hold a valid working visa. Priority will be given to those who apply in person at the shop.
