What’s the gig?
We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Team Leader to join us part-time, with the added opportunity to step into Relief Customer Service Manager (CSM) shifts when required.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance operational know-how with strong people leadership. You’ll bring our gaming experience to life on the floor, support your team to perform at their best, and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
As a Relief CSM, you’ll step up when needed, guiding the team, making decisions on the floor, and keeping the club running with confidence and care.
Roster:
Flexible roster across Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Sunday
Minimum 25–30 hours per week
One weekend off per month (negotiable)
Here's a taste of what you’ll do:
Gaming Team Leader
* Create a great experience
Keep the gaming floor welcoming, clean, and running smoothly. Support the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service and step in to resolve issues when needed.
* Lead from the front
Coach, mentor, and support your team. Help new starters settle in and build confidence through buddy training and ongoing guidance.
* Keep operations moving
Oversee gaming floor operations including troubleshooting, Keno, paging systems, and cash handling.
* Stay on top of the details
Complete reporting, manage stock and supplies, and keep communication flowing across shifts.
* Compliance matters
Uphold RSA and RCG standards, maintain compliance requirements including gPOM, and ensure a safe environment for team and members.
* Work as one team
Partner with the Gaming Manager to deliver on business goals and continuously improve the gaming experience.
Customer Service Manager
* Lead the team to deliver strong service standards and meet customer satisfaction goals
* Oversee opening and closing procedures
* Ensure all areas of the club are operationally ready and appropriately staffed
* Make confident decisions across all departments during your shift
* Delegate tasks clearly and follow through to completion
* Monitor contractors and site activity
* Provide timely, constructive feedback to team members
* Stay across all promotions, products, and offers
* Maintain safety, security, and compliance across the venue
* Act as Chief Fire Warden and First Aid Officer when required
* Complete shift reporting and handovers
What you’ll bring
* Experience working within a Registered Club environment
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospitality leadership role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Sound cash handling and computer skills
* A genuine commitment to leading and developing people
* Current RSA, RCG and ARCG competency
* A strong customer-first mindset aligned with our service standards
* Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays, including late finishes
