Juniper is actively recruiting a Physiotherapist to join their Community team on a part time basis!
The role will involve visiting clients in the Northam area. We are open to candidates starting and finishing their workday at Juniper Ron Wilson House in Bentley with travel time being included in the hours of the paid workday.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, building strong relationships with clients, and making a meaningful impact in a regional community setting. You will provide evidence‐based physiotherapy services to clients in their home.
The successful candidate will be required to work three days a week (22.5 hours). These days are flexible dependant on the candidates preference.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality, person‐centred physiotherapy assessment and treatment to clients across the Northam region.
* Manage a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal, neurological, chronic disease management, falls prevention, and reablement programs.
* Develop and implement goal‐focused treatment plans that support clients to remain independent and safe in their chosen environment.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members, GPs, allied health professionals, and support coordinators.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with organisational and professional standards.
* Provide education to clients, families, carers, and support staff to optimise functional outcomes.
* Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
* Contribute to service growth and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
* Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in community, aged care, disability, or rehabilitation settings.
* Valid WA driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Northam region.
