Asiste Nursing Australia is a clinician-led NDIS provider operating in WA and QLD. We are now building our Adelaide workforce as part of our South Australia expansion.
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Support Workers to provide community-based care to NDIS participants across metropolitan Adelaide.
About the Role
Supports may include:
* Community access & social participation
* Transport to appointments & activities
* Personal care assistance
* Domestic support
* Meal preparation
* Companionship & daily living support

Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
* Current Police Clearance
* First Aid & CPR
