As a Group Treasurer, you'll lead the treasury function for the firm, ensuring effective management of cash, liquidity, and financial risks across the group. This role requires strategic oversight of funding, foreign exchange, and banking relationships to support the company's growth and operational requirements.

What you'll do:
* Lead and oversee the treasury team, ensuring smooth daily operations alongside accurate month-end and year-end reporting.
* Engage in key treasury activities, including cash forecasting, dealing, confirmation, and comprehensive reporting.
* Manage foreign exchange, interest rate, funding, and liquidity risks to align with business objectives.
* Utilize knowledge of cash forecasting, funding structures, and hedging products and strategies for effective risk management.
What we're looking for:

* Proven experience in leading a treasury function in a large organisation.
* Skilled in treasury governance and reporting best practices and experienced in engaging with senior stakeholders like banks and regulatory bodies.
* Committed to continuously improving processes, controls, and the overall governance framework.
* Proven experience in business partnering with Accounts Payable, Receivable, Tax, and Finance functions.
* Ideally familiar with treasury management systems (Treasury, Reval, Integrity, Quantum), bank portals, payment platforms, AASB 9 and AASB 7 hedge accounting, and trust account management.
