This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where you'll take ownership of warranty operations, drive process improvements and deliver exceptional customer outcomes across a diverse and growing portfolio.
About the Role
As our Warranty Manager, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of the warranty function. You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure efficient claim management, timely resolutions and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee all warranty claims from end to end
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Monitor warranty costs and identify trends or improvement opportunities
* Ensure compliance with brand and manufacturer requirements
* Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement across processes
* Support and mentor team members
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a natural ability to solve problems and a genuine focus on delivering great customer outcomes. You will bring experience from a warranty, service, or technical role, along with strong administrative skills and a high level of attention to detail.
You will be a confident communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. With the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, you'll stay calm under pressure and keep things moving efficiently. Experience working across multiple brands or product lines would be highly regarded, but most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude and a willingness to grow with the role.
