State Sales Manager | Medical Device | Gold Coast Based

The Opportunity: We're seeking a State Sales Manager to oversee and grow our Queensland territory, with a strong focus on leading. This is a key leadership role, reporting into national management and responsible for driving both sales results and team culture across the state. You will work with public and private hospitals in Cardiology and Interventional Radiology ,surgical clinics, and key healthcare decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Run and grow the Gold Coast/ Northern rivers territory while overseeing broader QLD operations
- Lead and mentor a team of Territory Managers across the state
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders
- Deliver performance coaching and in-field support to your team
- Manage budgets, reporting, and state-level forecasting
- Recruitment and retention of Sales staff
About You:
- Proven leadership experience in medical device or healthcare sales within the Cardiology Space ( CRM, EP, VI,PI or similar )
- Strong understanding of the hospital and operating theatre environment
- Inspirational leader with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Commercially savvy with strong business acumen
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Based in South East Queensland with the ability to travel across the state
