 
        
        Psychology Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and experienced Psychologist to develop and launch our new Allied Health arm. The senior leadership has industry knowledge and flexibility to make this role work for the right person.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and manage a new Psychology arm, working closely with the Director and shaping the role. They will be responsible for developing a caseload of clients, providing therapy and/or assessment, and contributing to the growth and development of the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated Psychologist who wants to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive business growth
 * Build and manage a team of Psychologists
 * Provide training and development opportunities for team members
 * Contribute to the development of business strategy and direction
Requirements:
 * AHPRA registration and full Australian Working Rights
 * Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
 * Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered or Clinical Psychologist in Australia
 * Strong understanding of Neurodivergent clients across the lifespan
