Senior Operations Quality Analyst - Superannuation
Location: Melbourne
Description
This role provides analytical, technical, and consultative support to internal and external clients, focusing on system and process improvements in Superannuation administration. Responsibilities include supporting the Apex platform through configuration, scripting, testing, and documentation, contributing to system enhancements, defect resolution, and cyclical reviews such as year-end changes.
Job Responsibilities
1. Provide subject matter expertise in superannuation and the Apex platform.
2. Support UAT by preparing test cases, executing scripts, documenting outcomes, and managing defects.
3. Participate in incident reviews, identify root causes, and update documentation.
4. Engage in end-of-year system reviews, legislative updates, and data transitions.
5. Collaborate across the full SDLC with internal teams and clients.
6. Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
7. Ensure client deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
8. Gather and analyze requirements for solution design.
9. Deliver design specifications, configuration documents, and integration plans.
10. Configure systems to deliver tailored solutions.
11. Maintain technical and user documentation, including training materials.
12. Contribute to scripting tasks within Apex environments.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in a systems or business analyst role within Australian financial services or superannuation.
* Deep knowledge of superannuation systems, preferably with Apex and Acurity experience.
* Familiarity with UAT, incident management, and SDLC methodologies.
* Knowledge of version control tools like JIRA and Confluence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Ability to interpret legislative changes and adapt system configurations accordingly.
* Willingness to participate in cyclical reviews and compliance activities.
