Are you ready to start a rewarding career in banking? As a Customer Service Representative, you will join our team providing great service to IMB Customers in relation to their financial needs. Two full‐time positions are available in the Hunter Region, working Monday-Friday from our friendly branches.
About the role
* Proactively engaging members in conversations and interactions across face‐to‐face, phone and online channels
* Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve their position
* Using various technologies, systems and digital platforms
* Cash handling, balancing and administrative duties
* Working with your Branch Manager and team to collectively achieve the goals and objectives
* Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures
About you
* Experience in sales and service in any industry
* Cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
* A learning mindset and the ambition to build a career in the banking industry
* Aptitude for technology and proficiency in MS Office programs and apps
* Honesty and integrity and take pride in diligently following procedures and policy in a regulated financial environment
* A flexible approach in the workplace, can take initiative, prioritise work and problem solve to complete daily work requirements
* A genuine desire to help people, work directly with customers as well as work with and support a team
* The willingness to travel within the region as required for training or staff relief.
