THE OPPORTUNITY:
A.B. Paterson College’s Early Childhood Centre is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Early Childhood Administrator for a Permanent Full-Time position. The role operates between 8.30 – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
As an Administrator, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for families and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Manage key administrative and financial processes to ensure smooth operations.
* Support the Director of Early Learning and educators in creating a nurturing environment for children and families.

* Current First Aid and CPR certificate
* Current Blue Card
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
* Experience with childcare software (Xplor, KindyHub) and Microsoft Office
* Qualifications in childcare are essential

The Banjo and Friends Early Learning Centre (Pre-Prep) lays the foundation for growth, education, and. Paterson College. Conveniently located on the ground floor of The Winton Centre, our exceptional facility boasts three fully equipped Pre-Prep classrooms. These rooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a creative playground, offering ample space for children to actively participate in meaningful learning experiences.
Collaboration with the College enables the children to participate in extracurricular activities including library experiences, physical education and music lessons with A.B. Paterson College teaching staff. We also run a successful outside school hours care program for Prep to year 6.
