About Us
We are a vegetable farm seeking a reliable and hardworking Tractor Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in agriculture —Experience operating tractors or farm machinery is preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
o Operating tractors and basic farm machinery
o Assisting with planting, cultivation, spraying, and harvesting activities
o Transporting produce and materials around the farm
o Performing basic daily machinery checks and basic maintenance
o Supporting general farm operations as required
About You
o Previous tractor or machinery experience preferred but not essential
o Willing to learn and follow instructions
o Physically fit and able to work outdoors
o Reliable and punctual
o Strong work ethic and positive attitude
o Driver’s licence preferred.
