About the role
We\'re looking for a hands-on, brand-obsessed Marketing Manager to work closely with our founder and marketing team to lead and execute our long-term marketing strategy. You\'ll be at the intersection of creative and execution - writing, concepting, directing, briefing, and managing end-to-end campaigns that drive growth and bring our brand to life across digital and retail.
What You\'ll Do
* Own and execute our creative marketing strategy alongside the founder and marketing team
* Oversee daily marketing operations and campaign delivery
* Create systems and processes that allow for a flywheel of consistent content and marketing at scale
* Write clear, captivating, and persuasive copy for both brand campaigns, email marketing, and direct response advertising
* Lead organic social media and ensure the brand shows up in culture and in feeds
* Ideate, brief, and direct creative across design, photography, copy, and video
* Collaborate with our performance ads manager to align creative with paid strategy
* Manage our marketing calendar and ensure consistency and quality across channels
* Own the marketing budget and report weekly to the founder
* Develop and execute retail marketing initiatives (in-store and out-of-store)
Who You Are
* A creative-first thinker with strong brand taste and attention to detail
* Must have a background in copywriting with the ability to write strong and persuasive copy for the brand
* Must be comfortable on camera and willing to actively post video content on your own personal social media page. We are looking for someone who deeply understands video content marketing
* Highly action-oriented - you get things done quickly and to an exceptional standard
* Deep understanding of brand storytelling & marketing that resonates with customers
* Easy to work with - strong emotional intelligence, great communicator, and highly collaborative.
* A "nothing is too hard" attitude - you find solutions, not problems
* A strategic thinker who can zoom out and lead vision, while zooming in to execute
* Highly organised with the ability to build systems that help us scale
* You're excited by the idea of being in the engine room of a brand, and you care about the intersection of creativity, culture, and growth
* A self-starter and high-performer who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and doesn't wait for permission to make things better
* Extremely resourceful and can stretch budgets to make the most impact
