Quest Penrith has exciting opportunities available for hungry, humble, and smart individuals to join its dedicated Front Office Team. There will be significant opportunity for those seeking to plant themselves into a team-based environment with opportunities for cross-training and succession into leadership positions if the drive is seen.
This role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster which contains various shifts between 7AM to 11PM, alongside On-site Night Manager shifts. An RSA Certificate is required to join the team and your First Aid + CPR Certificate is highly desirable.

**The Role**
Involves all aspects of Front Office, including providing professional yet friendly and personalised customer service experiences for our guests Responding to accommodation enquiries and taking part in the reservation process whilst understanding the unique requirements each traveller (and at times, their pets') needs. Ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk in support of your colleagues alongside assisting within the Events & Conferencing space.
No day is the same that is for sure, and you will become an adapt all-rounder
Will demonstrate a true passion for customer service whom strives to provide positive experience for all our guests. Strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation with a keen understanding of providing our customers with the answers they need.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation, a team player with a kind heart towards animals.
