Backed by a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture, they are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join their team on a contract basis, based in Alexandria.
About the role:
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients ensuring they achieve maximum value from the company's solutions. You'll take ownership of client engagement, product adoption, and retention strategies, building meaningful partnerships that drive mutual success and long-term business growth.
* Manage and nurture a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as their trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
* Creating tailored success strategies that promote product utilisation and deliver measurable outcomes.
* Building deep relationships across client organisations to identify opportunities for expansion and added value.
* Partnering with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product to advocate for client needs and support continuous improvement.
* Delivering regular business reviews and insights to demonstrate ROI and uncover new growth opportunities.
You will have the following skills and experience
* 2-3 years' experience in client success, account management, or customer relationship roles.
* Confidence engaging with corporate clients at all levels.
* Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and workflows efficiently
* Solution-focused mindset.
* A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
