City of Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre
* Level 1 | Hourly rate range $ $35.88 (dependant on age, qualifications and experience) inclusive of 20% Casual loading
The opportunity
The City of Mandurah Recreation Centre has exciting opportunities for highly organised and enthusiastic individuals to undertake the role of Café Attendant on a casual basis. You will need high level communication and interpersonal skills, dedication to providing excellent customer service, together with a positive and methodical work ethic.
You must be capable of working within a team of dedicated staff and due to the Centre being open 7 days a week and be available to work hours which may be rostered from Monday to Sunday inclusive (including early morning, day & evening work).
You will be involved in all duties associated with the Café environment, in particular you will be responsible for:
* Food and beverage service
* Cashiering
* Providing excellent customer service skills
* Undertaking general cleaning duties
To be successful you will have:
* Experience a similar role in high paced food industry
* Barista experience
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Demonstrated numeracy, cash handling and cashiering skills
* Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
* A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
