Denovo Recruitment are currently representing one of Australia's largest loading equipment companies based in Melbourne who are seeking a Junior Sales Administrator to join their growing team.
As a Junior Sales Administrator, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment supporting a hardworking and dedicated team. To be successful within this role you will demonstrate the ability to provide high quality support, be proactive and have excellent communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.
You will become part of a strong dynamic team in an enjoyable and vibrant working environment, reporting to the Sales Manager.
**Key responsibilities**
- Assist to produce and present weekly reports at sales meetings.
- Provide high level support to the sales teams in the business
- Collecting information and material development for sales presentations, quotations etc
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the wider business with binding, photocopying, collating & typing duties, and other reasonable tasks as required.
- Attend weekly sales meetings on time; actively participate in sales activity related discussions and assist with the notation and production of the minutes.
**To be Successful**
- Tertiary qualification in Administration
- Prior experience in administration, customer service, data entry or business support positions.
- Demonstrate solid problem solving and organisational skills
- High computer literacy and compliance capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced high functioning environment.
- Prior experience utilizing internal systems, scheduling systems, reporting, database management
- Industry knowledge desirable but not essential
