About the Role:
This Sales Administrator plays a pivotal part in our Sales Admin team, supporting our sales agents in the Blue Mountains and collaborating closely with the Project Marketing team.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and buyers, coordinating listings, contracts, marketing schedules, compliance, and settlements. They will also maintain databases and CRM systems, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organised.
Responsibilities include liaising with photographers, stylists, solicitors, and suppliers; supporting open homes, auctions, and campaign delivery; and keeping the team informed and ahead of the curve.
We are seeking an experienced real estate administrator or customer service professional who is meticulous, composed under pressure, and adept at meeting deadlines.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enjoy helping others, be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft/Google suites, and thrive in a close-knit team environment.
