Job Title: Senior Employment Security Clerk
Duties include processing unemployment insurance claims, conducting interviews with claimants, and providing excellent customer service. Key qualifications for the position include a minimum of 60 college semester credit hours or a high school diploma/ged with two years of customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accept and process original and continued claims for Unemployment Insurance
* Conduct telephone interviews with claimants to gather detailed information quickly and efficiently
* Determine the need for further fact-finding and place claims on hold pending further investigation
* Work a variety of reports
* Provide excellent customer service and decrease flow-out
Minimum Qualifications:
* 60 or more college semester credit hours
* One year of full-time work experience in customer service; or
* A high school diploma or GED and two years of full-time work experience, one year of which must be in customer service
Qualifying Experience:

* Bank officer
* Telemarketer
