About the role
We're looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Finance Administrator to join our Narrabri office in a job‑share capacity. This part‑time role is ideal for someone with experience in payroll, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations, who enjoys working independently and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
* Process payroll and maintain compliance with superannuation and PAYG obligations
* Assist with accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and customer account reconciliation
* Perform bank reconciliations and other general ledger reconciliations
* Support month‑end processes and maintain accurate financial records
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
* Contribute to general administrative tasks as needed
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Solid understanding of payroll and accounts receivable processes
* Experience with bank and GL reconciliations
* Familiarity PAYG, superannuation, and payroll compliance
* High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero highly desirable)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
