About Your New Role:
In this hands-on and varied leadership role, you will step into the Project Administration & Office Manager position within the high-performing Distribution Solutions Division. You will oversee project administration and order handling processes while leading a team of 4 dedicated administration professionals.
* Supporting Project Managers and Controllers with financial and project reviews, forecasting, and governance compliance.
* Maintaining and improving project cost review documentation and SAP reporting.
* Managing order handling, billing, and administration workflows.
* Leading and mentoring a small team, supporting performance management and HR development.
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR) and assisting with internal/external audits and ad-hoc initiatives.
About You:
You are a proactive and well-rounded professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You will bring:
* A relevant degree (Business, Commerce, or Project Management) or equivalent industry experience (10+ years).
* Strong knowledge of SAP (PS and SD modules) with experience in order processing and invoice management.
* A background in project-based operations and/or financial administration.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Power BI is a bonus).
* Proven experience managing a small team and working cross-functionally.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead with initiative and integrity.
