Kitchen Hand Role
The purpose of the Kitchen Hand is to provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service and products to our valued customers. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of high-quality products while adhering to our policies and procedures.
Roster
* Morning and afternoon shifts available
* Ability to work weekends required
Duties
1. Deliver consistent high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers to prescribed service standards
2. Prepare food and beverage products to prescribed standard operating procedures/duty statement
3. Complete cleaning tasks as prescribed by standard operating procedures/duty statement or as directed by the Chef on duty
4. Advise Chef on duty of any catering-related issues and needs where required
5. Complete any operational cleaning requirements as required or directed by the Chef on duty
6. Attend team meetings as required
Requirements

* Passion for delivering great service and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Good understanding of HACCP/food safety programs
* Cert III in Cookery or Hospitality (desirable but not essential)
* Capacity to lift up to 20kg
* Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
* Ability to pass a National Police Check
