Be part of a flexible, inclusive, and people-first workplace where your contributions are recognised and your growth is supported.What We Offer:A hybrid working model – enjoy the balance of working both from home and in the officeA collaborative, innovative culture that values diversity and inclusionA comprehensive range of benefits, including discounted private health insurance, paid parental leave, discounted travel options, and moreKey Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end superannuation payments, including SG, Salary Sacrifice, and SASS, ensuring full compliance with ATO guidelinesRespond to employee superannuation queries and manage returned payments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date recordsSupport third-party payments such as novated leases, union fees, and garnishmentsPrepare balance sheet reconciliations and manage general ledger/vendor account clearingInvestigate and resolve reconciliation issues, proposing corrective actions where necessaryDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in superannuation processesEnsure ongoing compliance with all financial, legal, and statutory obligations – including the upcoming "Payday Super" requirementsLiaise with auditors and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)About You:Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or CommerceProven experience managing end-to-end superannuation and payroll processes in large, complex organisationsProficiency in SAP Payroll (including Spinifex) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemsIntermediate Excel skills and experience with general ledger processes, journal entries, and account reconciliationsStrong understanding of superannuation compliance and relevant statutory obligationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsDetail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solvingAbility to meet deadlines and manage reporting requirements under pressureStrong organisational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise effectivelyAbout VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
