Business Development Representative - Sydney

What You Will Be Doing
- Learn the Tines product and messaging.
- Learn the tools necessary for success: Salesforce.com, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, etc.
- Build relationships with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Field Leadership.
- Work directly with Account Executives to drive new customer pipeline and meet pipeline generation targets.
- Identify and qualify new customer leads and opportunities in your market/territory through email, prospecting, social selling, and other tools.
- Create targeted prospect lists and personalize outreach to multiple stakeholders within key prospect accounts.
Your Next 6‑12 Months
- Continue to build core skills and product/industry knowledge.
- Demonstrate mastery of prospecting and business management by consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline goals.
- Expand knowledge of sales and other revenue functions’ duties and responsibilities.
- Work with mentors to set goals for promotion considerations.
What You Bring With You
- 1‑2 years of professional experience, preferably in software or technology.
- A self‑starter attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
- Strong communication skills, including phone, written, and active listening.
- Coachability and a team‑player mentality.
- Detail orientation, curiosity, and strong planning skills.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical understanding such as computer science background, coding bootcamp experience, or related certifications.
- Deep understanding of Tines’ no‑code automation software and its applications in security and IT domains.
Remote Work
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in Sydney, as regular in‑person meetings in the region are required.
