Clinical Nurse Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to play a pivotal role in shaping clinical practice and fostering professional development in our Emergency Department nursing team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying learning needs and planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating education programs.

Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, including the ability to work in a consultative manner.

* Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
* Relevant clinical/education post-registration qualification or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
* Recent extensive clinical experience deemed appropriate by the selection panel.
* Demonstrated previous experience in clinical teaching, mentoring, and preceptorship.
* Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
