Your New Role
This is an 8‐month Max Term position and is open to candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. All applicants must submit a portfolio of recent work.
Responsibilities
* Producing digital content for web, paid advertising, EDMs and social media.
* Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver on design briefs and develop solutions that communicate the Aware Super brand promise.
* Contributing proactive ideas to shape briefs rather than merely following them.
* Working with marketing teams on integrated campaigns.
* Creating simple motion animation to bring social ideas to life.
* Bonus: html5 coding.
This role suits an individual with excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills who has experience working in agile teams. Ideally, the candidate has a background in graphic design and is comfortable across all media.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, multi‐skilled graphic designer with technical skills and a passion for quality.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in graphic or digital design, demonstrating an ability to interpret design briefs, meet client expectations and achieve brand objectives.
* Tertiary qualifications in graphic design or a related field.
* Understanding of marketing and communication campaign requirements.
* Experience presenting concepts and design ideas to stakeholders.
* Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing, multimedia, web design and graphic design.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
* Ability to work independently and deliver innovative ideas and design solutions.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise work effectively.
* High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Video editing and html5 coding are a bonus but not essential.
