About Ice Blast and the Role
We are a growing Air Conditioning and Electrical business with a new Customer Service and Administration role on offer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where your efforts will directly contribute to our customers' experience and our business success.
We have opportunity for immediate start but also flexibility for future starting dates.
Initially a casual position, this role would likely lead to full-time employment if you are interested and happy to stay on permanently.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be involved in a wide variety of customer service and administration tasks, including:
* Customer service: reception, phones, emails, and being the welcoming voice and face of Ice Blast.
* Organising: triaging customer jobs, assisting with technician scheduling and coordination, and prioritising tasks.
* Procurement: purchasing, receiving, checking, and allocating goods and services.
* General admin: rolling over jobs for invoicing/quoting, data entry, filing, and form completion.
* Project support (optional): If you have the interest and skills, you can get involved in projects such as AI tool development, simPRO overhaul, GHL CRM set-up, and other business improvements.
About You
This role will suit someone who:
* Is calm, friendly, and professional, even when juggling multiple tasks.
* Has proven customer service or office administration experience.
* Is organised, reliable, and enjoys bringing structure to a busy environment.
* Communicates clearly and confidently, both written and verbal.
* Works well in a team but is also comfortable taking ownership of tasks independently.
* Takes pride in delivering excellent service and going the extra mile for customers and team mates.
* Enjoys variety. No two days are exactly the same at Ice Blast
