About the Role
* Managing end-to-end planning and delivery of projects and initiatives including hands-on project management.
* Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across DuluxGroup from operational teams to senior leadership to deliver business outcomes aligned with the business and IT&DE strategy.
* Providing strategic input in the delivery space and defining measures of success for projects and programs.
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 15+ years of cumulative experience in project management including 10+ years as a Senior Project Manager across various industries leveraging multiple methodologies.
* Degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or relevant field.
* Deep knowledge of Hybrid SAFe Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
