This role will be working from our Sunshine West parcel facility, Support office in Burnley as well as visiting other sites 3 days per week and 2 from home**

Experience
* 10 years + as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst.
* Supervision of 1-2 other business analysts.
* Analysis of changes of medium scale and complexity.
* Acting independently on initiatives of medium scale or complexity.
* Use of modelling and analysis tools.
* Transport and logistic background essential
* Introducing change into large and complex enterprises.
* Working with transformation projects and teams.
Education and certification in the following areas is well regarded.
* IIBA certification.
* Agile certification.
* BABOK-aligned education.
