We’re currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a high-performing People & Workplace division for a short-term contract supporting an established ER team. The Role Reporting to the Employee Relations Case Manager, you’ll be hands-on across a variety of ER matters including: Internal investigations and grievances Conciliation conferences Performance management guidance Advising on workplace policies and processes Liaising with the Injury & Incident Manager on work-related matters requiring ER support About You To hit the ground running, you’ll bring: Proven experience in an ER advisory capacity Working knowledge of industrial relations frameworks and best practice Confidence in navigating sensitive matters with professionalism and care A responsive, solutions-focused approach to complex employee matters This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, purpose-driven team and make an immediate impact.
