About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Allied Health Assistant to join our multidisciplinary NDIS team
In this dynamic role, you will support both clinical and administrative functions, including client intake, scheduling, and documentation. You will also work directly with clients under the supervision of qualified therapists, delivering therapy programs across a range of disciplines such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Pathology.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver non-clinical support to the NDIS team, including client intake, appointment scheduling and documentation
* Conduct comprehensive, structured screening of clients to directly assist assessment/management conducted by Allied Health Professionals
* Deliver delegated clinical support directly to clients under the supervision of Allied Health Professionals
* Work flexibly across a broad range of clinical and non-clinical activities
* Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
* Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice

Qualifications / Experience Required
* Relevant qualification in Allied Health Assistant such as Certificate III or VI and/ or equivalent
* Grade 2 - Has completed a minimum of 80 hours of clinical placement (or equivalent)
* Grade 3 - Has completed a minimum of 3 years as a Grade 2 AHA (or equivalent
* Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to participate within a multidisciplinary team and work effectively
